A grant from the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer will provide University of Colorado Cancer Center researchers with funding to explore new treatment options for a rare pediatric brain tumor that can have a disastrous effect on a patient’s quality of life.
The Young Investigator Summit brought childhood cancer researchers together to discuss their work in a changing landscape. YI Grants are awarded early in their research careers, hopefully leading them to more cures.
