If thats the only cask beer served all day everyday, then yes.

I'm worried about tied lines restricting independents on one of the lines they may have more access to.

So Bass being owned by AB Inbev is increasing in sales. It doesn't surprise me when they're able to tie up lines and pump money to market it on a massive scale. Revival of cask it might be, but we have seen this before with Doom Bar many years ago.
