📚 The library was thrilled to host Battle of the Books on Thursday, Feb. 19 for District 135 junior high students! Teams competed using titles from the Rebecca Caudill Young Readers’ Book Award list, showcasing their knowledge, teamwork, and love of reading.
All brands and sizes of baby diapers, training pants, and adult briefs can be dropped off in the marked collection box by the main staircase. Opened and partial packages will be accepted. Diaper Drive offered in partnership with Together We Cope.

Last Monday’s Cultivating Gratitude and Joy program invited patrons to pause, reflect, and discover how powerful these practices can be in everyday life. Attendees learned about the many benefits of gratitude and joy and picked up simple strategies to help nurture these feelings all year long.
☃️❄️Last Monday, patrons in grades K–2 bundled up for some frosty fun at our It’s Snowman Season program, where they created Frosty-approved snowman crafts and showed off their creativity. We were also thrilled to have help from our amazing Teen Volunteer.
On Sunday, patrons were treated to an unforgettable afternoon of music when Dave Rudolf performed at the library! Patrons loved hearing songs from legendary British artists like The Beatles, The Kinks, The Who, and more. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this fantastic program! 🎶📚
