Do it!
βComplete incompetents or zealotsβ planning wars seems pretty historical to me. π₯Έ
I blink and go back to the Eye of Terror campaign and the Lost and the Damned army list
I object! Tommy Tuberville is clearly the dumbest Senator!
An illustration of Egyptian wall art depicting the Battle of the Delta. The Egyptians defeated the mysterious Sea Peoples. On the blog this week I talk about using Sea Peoples armies for In Strife and Conflict.

Probably? However, I never would have seen them then. I have no plans to travel to Iraq anytime soon. The ancient city is now about 20 miles southeast of Mosulβ¦. I think?
Dispatches from MN: it's getting really hard, guys. The media has left, the donations are drying up, and ICE is still here kidnapping people. It's hard not to be resentful that other people have the option of setting this aside for.other things.
Bald, short, bearded, ugly guy in winter clothes in front of a neo-Assyrian stone, carved relief.
A photo from the Brooklyn Museum of Neo-Assyrian reliefs from the palace at Nimrud. When I was working on In Strife and Conflict, I never thought I would see artifacts like this in-person.

This guy deserves his own meme!
What decline are they going on about now?
WTAF are these GOP legislators thinking?
This week on the blog I take a closer look at this RPG called Inspirisles from Hatchling Game.

I enjoyed this one a lot more than I expected. The lead does a great job with the material IIRC.
I talk about this on the blog this week.

The cover of David Lynchβs Dune movie
Miniature flying battleship on a blue background with a game book partially in frame.
#Brigade βs Imperial Skies range is great for #OspreyGames #CastlesintheSky game!
He did not even win Republican primaries IIRC?
Sad to hear her Mom has dementia.
Blink in a box. #caturday
That's what I came here to say. Glad I was not the only one.
That makes sense to me. I recall the Midochlorian scene in The Phantom Menace almost killed me at the time too.
I used to be a Carbonite-hardcore fan thanks to content from Star Wars: West End Games RPG and Wargames. However, as I got older my love thawed like Han in Jabba's Palace.
I gave up on Star Wars after Benicio Del Torro's monologue in The Last Jedi.
I did not watch any until a trusted friend convinced me to watch Andor. I am glad I listened to them.
"I am trying to be better. Please, do not make me let you down."
Drop.... the..... mic!
Not much to tell. There is not enough 1/2400 non-waterline submarine models to be worth pursuing it. However, it was a game using a 3D battle space where detection was a key mechanic.
Great idea #tabletopwillphillips!
I am working on a few games. I always have more than 1 going at a time.
A Late Roman wargame, a Fantasy Ice Hockey game, a 1960's Spy-Fi Rule-lite RPG, a solo/coop play modern wargame, Cold War Submarines, and a Vampire-themed campaign game.
Good times.
A boardgame called Heroquest with fantasy adventurers facing off against fantasy foes in a dungeon.
Back on the Quest, #Heroquest! This time I am playing First Light, but with an all "Meat-Head" party. That means no magic! Melee heroes only! Find out how it went on the Blood and Spectacles Blog.
Black cat hidden amongst stuffed animals
My old friend Tia used to like to crawl into my kidβs bed and bury herself in the stuffed animals. Sadly departed from our world for a few months now. #caturday
