He's 4 but really articulated how he felt extremely well. We do spend a lot of time together, but he needs his mommy too. I'm proud of him that he can communicate his feelings and feels safe to do so. Hopefully things become normal when he starts pre-k in our local district.
My son has been very mommy heavy lately, which has been a lot for her. She also has returned to the office full time so I do the driving to daycare. He told me we still spend time together. I asked him if he missed mommy taking him to school. He started crying and said "yes."

They are nothing to be ashamed of. I have, and will always have, mental illnesses. Do I wish I didn't? Of course. But medication has allowed me to live a life beyond my wildest dreams. I went from a smart kid who may not graduate high school to a successful lawyer with a wife...
Big pharma can and does over charge for medications. You can often get coupons, especially if you can't afford your medication. ALWAYS ask. Big pharma sucks in many ways. Yet it improves lives in many ways. Chronic conditions are often genetic and out of your control.
I can no longer tolerate lithium and now take lamictal, which is also old, generic and cheap. I have other chronic conditions. Many are inherited genetically, but are well under control. I also used to be prediabetic, but am not any more. These are all the results of big pharma.
MAHA likes to rant about chronic conditions and big pharma.. I'm bipolar. Here's a great article. I do believe in God and in lithium. It's old, generic and cheap. It's also the reason I graduated high school. It also probably prevented me from suicide.
I really hope so. I don't want this for the rest of my life. It's 15 years of practicing law and it's still not gone.
