The middle-east in a big crisis. Where would this stop? They need to take down Iran, like Iraq, Syria, Lebanon? what is next Turkey? then expanding over middle-east to whole world? what is end goal of this bullshit?

AI agents would help for basic tasks. If you work on a complex problem/codebase, good luck! I see more and more engineers losing time by trying to make AI help out while the real issue could be solved with an half-hour research/try-and-error.

I agree, I also think NY needs less demand. it's a good side effect that demands goes to suburbs.

rent freeze 'alone' is not a viable solution. it's the best start when you backed it up with social housing by proper investors.
