I'm genuinely curious if fighting adblockers actually helps or hurts twitch in the long run. On one hand I bet a vast majority of people don't even use them but then in my case, I cancelled most of my subs and likely will get less in the future due to using twitch less

I was having issues with a bar like this and oatmeal cups... Then it clicked and I researched to find oats are one of the worst things for cross contamination out there. Something has to be below 20 ppm to be labelled gf by the FDA and oat containers were found to have hundreds sometimes nearly 2k

For me, cutting it out is what made my sensitivity get drastically worse though stress definitely has a HUGE impact on it as well. It's been about a year now since I swapped diets. I've tried reintroducing or limiting it but nothing huge. I'm gonna try more when I'm further in my treatment. gl

I always just got labelled as having IBS. Tho a couple years ago I was found to have Ulcerative Colitis AND Eosinophilic Esophagitis. And then later after that I got a few allergy tests that showed minor cows milk/wheat allergies. All celiac tests have always been negative. My half sister has crohns

Honestly no. I tried to go gf to see if it'd help me when I was diagnosed with a minor wheat/milk allergy and I didn't see much improvement and cutting it out just made the symptoms EXPONENTIALLY worse. Walmart unfortunately is the only place near me that has a decent selection of items
