We introduce a *better* measure (capturing more variance): a household "child-to-caregiver" ratio, where old-enough siblings are considered caregivers, rather than being another child competing for parental resources.

Across our sample, females outperformed males, but participant ethnicity had no effect. Our results confirm the stability of the CFMT-C across variable conditions and with diverse participant groups. 3/3

Using logistic mixed effects models, we were able to investigate effects of participant characteristics (age/gender/ethnicity vs. test stage (face learning/simple recognition/harder recognition).
