It's International Women's Day! On Friday, our Ottawa office attended an event celebrating the day at their office building, the Rideau Community Hub, organized by the Rideau-Rockcliffe Community Resource Centre. They had so much fun meeting community members, playing bingo, singing, and dancing.

Rebecca (name changed to protect privacy) is a young songwriter who is passionate about the arts. She has cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy, and uses a wheelchair. Through our Creative Employment Options program, she found a work placement with the Ryga Arts Festival.

Last week, staff from Makers Making Change, Technology For Living, and Cerebral Palsy Association of BC delivered some adaptive gaming devices to the Ronald McDonald House.
