Knocked a minute and 46 seconds off this years best for a half marathon on day 59. Today’s 02:48:43 is a massive 39 minutes quicker than this years average time.

Day 57 of 365 done. That was tough! They all are. I must try and shift my schedule to earlier in the day. Setting off at 8pm most nights this week has see some difficult last few miles. My legs are saying that I should be in bed at that time!

Day 54 of 365 done. Zero quality but at least I got round. Absolutely soaked at the end.
The rest of the week presents some logistical issues. By that, I mean not enough available hours in the day to run. I suspect more late runs, risking going over midnight will be called for.

Day 54 is underway. It’s a late one and a dark one. I’m thankfully still in 1 piece no thanks to a car that didn’t see me on a zebra crossing. This will be a late finish close to the midnight cutoff.

Day 53 of 365 done. Nothing left in the tank after the toughest week so far. Lots of travel and a lack of sleep. So pleased to have made it through reasonably unscathed.
I can cope with the aching legs and I’m very pleased to report that, after 694.3 miles, my feet are holding up well.
