Yay! Progress!!
I made pie, helped deliver food for neighbors who are impacted by ICE, made lunch plans, and have a birthday party for my spouse later tonight π
I mean, it started with making vegan and gluten free key lime pie. So thatβs something!!
Update: I do, in fact, regret my choices
Did I just accidentally stay up until 1am? Yes.
Am I going to regret that when I have to wake up in the morning?
Also yes.
What a beautiful day to abolish ICE π
CNN in Minneapolis: We are seeing thousands and thousands of people, we've been standing on the corner here for the past ten minutes. This this crowd has not let up. It's just continuous.
With the purple Prince lighting at First Ave ππ
Things like this remind me weβre not alone here.
As a Minnesotan, things are hard.
The song Hear My Hope from Hazbin Hotel has been in my head.
And the next day I saw the poem in the artwork on Facebook.
So, I began to create.
So hereβs that art. May it bring you hope and may my hope give you strength in your fight as we all stand side by side.
I have several people sharing locations, several people have called to ask if Iβm okay, everyone is scared.
This is the reality of Minnesota right now.
Does that feel βsafeβ to you?
I started today with a βplease be safe. I love youβ text. Because I donβt know if the protest/rally is going to be the last.
I had a fellow vendor cry on my shoulder as we both just try to sell our wares through another tragedy.
No less than three people told me theyβre scared.
Are we great yet?
Fuck ICE.
ICE has murdered another person in broad daylight in Minneapolis.
You canβt βretrainβ this. You canβt βreformβ this.
Prosecute the monsters who are killing people. Abolish ICE. End this insanity.
Theyβre fighting for their city but theyβre also fighting for all of us
A screenshot of a post that says βFive Ways To Support Minnesota From Anywhere 1. Keep amplifying content coming out of Minneapolis 2. Donate to Organizations like MIRAC (Minnesota Immigrants Rights Action Committee) or ICOM (Interfaith Coalition on Immigration - Minnesota 3. Follow accounts like @minnesota50501, @indivisible_twincities, @womensmarchminnesota, and @isaihorg and share their calls to action 4. Look for vigils and protests in soludarity with Minnesota in your area you can attend and show your support 5. Remember ICE is in many cities and be prepared if/when you encounter them in yours. Get trained in rapid response, carry a whistle, and look out for your communityβ
I am personally okay, but hereβs how to support Minnesota right now.
I donβt know what yβall are seeing in other states, but the situation in Minnesota is much worse than you think it is.
Thatβs not to fear monger, itβs just facts.
ICE must be abolished.

I got a custom sculpture of my fursona for Christmas and omg my heart is so full π₯Ήπ
Someone please explain to me how tear gassing schools is βkeeping us safeβ or whatever ICE is supposedly doing in this country.
Explain how terrorizing teachers and students helps ANYONE.
Someone explain how this isnβt fascism.
As a Minnesotan, my heart is so heavy today π
Jason Brunner-Burns in Minneapolis, MN. β’ Tonight, I stood on the same ground where ICE murdered an observer. Let's be clear: this was not self-defense. It was murder. Just hours later, I found myself at a high school where an NEA member was abducted by ICE. At dismissal time-when students should be worrying about homework, rides home, and seeing their families-ICE carried out a traffic stop directly in front of the school. Our educators did what educators always do: they protected children. Brave NEA members formed a human wall on the sidewalk, shielding their students from the terror of watching someone be taken away by their own government. ICE did not target danger. They targeted a brown educator standing in that line. Without cause. Without questions. They attempted to take him into custody simply for existing. When others tried to intervene-when they dared to say noβICE responded with handcuffs and violence. Another educator was arrested and abducted. Tear gas was deployed against teachers and students standing on a public sidewalk. Children watched their teachers be attacked. Teachers watched their colleagues disappear. What is happening in this country? And how much more are we willing to accept before we say this is not who we are?
Another first-hand account.
Sometimes all you can do is make the world 0.0000000000001% less awful by being a good person and it feels very meaningless but itβs also the only thing that really matters
What ICE was up to in Minnesota before they murdered a woman
Sending you and your family so much love π Iβm glad sheβs okay. I hope you and your family find rest.
Hereβs a pic of my cat, Cinnamon Bun, in a bag for some good vibes.
My nieceβs school was closed the rest of the week because of everything out of Minneapolis today.
ICE has been through my sisterβs neighborhood daily patrolling the local high school.
My dad has a plan in place for when ICE tries to raid the Hispanic congregation at his church.
Get ICE out NOW.
Oh my god Gajinka!! I am so sorry π« do you need anything? Are yβall okay?
Fuck ICE.
Thatβs all.
Creatives still need to continue making stuff & showing the world.
We provide a safe escapism for those who just, for a moment need some joy.
Keep creating. Keep sharing. We help bring light, hope & more to the world when it needs it.
We fight back the darkness that threatens to consume us.
The good news is that several of the βroughβ cards are in reverse π
but yeah it does look like youβre gonna go through some challenges in this upcoming year.
If you want, I would be happy to look at this more in depth and DM you about it. Iβve been reading since like 2017 ππ
A meme depicting art drawn by Brink each month of the year. January - a cat sleeping on books February - Callis the cabbit as a broken toy March - a bunch of foxes April - Callis the cabbit with butterflies, bubbles, and magic May - Brink in pride clothing June - a starry Aisha from Neopets July - Callis the cabbit but more butch style August - a purple Pegasus with orange hair September - a blue unicorn and brown pegasus October - Callis the cabbit and Transharmonic the fox with wings and antlers November - a red headed girl and brown haired guy couple December - Befish in Christmas attire holding up the nice list, sheβs the only one on it
And with that, 2025 has come to a close. Hereβs the year in my art π
Oooh that would be fun!!
