Never could find people to room with. One of these years I’ll get there.

I just ignore it. The steps always stop when they get to me. They don't say anything. They don't touch me. I just keep calm, look the other way and nothing happens.

In last night's instance, I even said to myself in the moment "you gonna say something this time?" and of course, it did not. (2/2)

A common occurrence in any "nightmare" I have is being in bed and hearing someone rushing up/down a stairwell and/or across a hall and barging into my room.

Despite not going into a full lucid state, I adapted a long time ago in my dream state to deal with this perfectly every time... (1/2)

Run #2 of the season

- Went on a route I’ve never been on before so I wasn’t conscious of how far or how long I was running.
- jog/walk because of standard right foot fascia discomfort and some light cramping. Was definitely thirsty too.
- was still pleased with the distance and time though.

I really really hate that if I am sleeping for any period of time that is outside my normal sleeping pattern at all, my brain laughs and doesn’t give me an ounce of good sleep.
