Thought about buying pokemon cards packs for old times sake but then I saw prices and went “ah. nevermind”

People ask for advice on growing as an artist online and get genuinely mad when they’re suggested things that don’t sap your drive and passion away. Focusing on drawing for yourself is infinitely more fulfilling than stressing about engagement or optimal posting times or whatever

Parappa is a game series I see a lot of fanart for, especially of characters like Lammy and Katy, but no one draws Ma-san :(

If you saw that performance and its message about the strength of love over hate, and you felt angry in response…then you’re the problem!

I’ve definitely seen it being shared around in conversation since release, though moreso about designs and characters like Mecha Sonic returning and not a ton about story stuff. But that worked out because not knowing made it such a nice surprise to read through!

I havent read everything just yet so maybe I will be blown away again but that is probably the best thing Ive seen out of the IDW comics. Stylistically, it’s phenomenal, and I love a good story about learning to move forward and to not let your past define you. Bonus points for being about robots!
