More exploration sketches/lineart in the wca style. This time it’s a bunch of trees: oak, pine, and an aspen.

Here are all the things I did for my wca application! Idk if I’ve gotten in or not yet, but I’m still happy with how these came out even if not 100% in the style.
I applied for both the layout and animation teams.

Finally finished these parts for my map after way too long! The lineart/characters were done a while ago, along with the second half. For the first three images, I just recently finished the backgrounds and shading.
I’m still very happy with it!

Then a still side view (well, this second part has subtle camera movements) where the small, white spirit fox appears on the right, Bitring is in the left. Then it zooms in on a shot of the spirit’s eyes, where the silhouettes of Bitring, Sinne, and Groda left to right, sitting around a dead dove.

Then, a watercolor/ink splash of a close up of Fisk, from the red memory, with tears and a fang showing appears and cuts out, then Bitring sobs. It cuts to a behind his cheek fluff shot of him sobbing.

Then, it cuts to the animation (blue twilight, bumpy snow, hills behind Bitring and ice mountains in the distance). Bitring is on the left facing right, thinking back, trying to hold back her tears.

Third image is a red, cloud sunset, and stark blue shadows. Snowy hills again. A side shot. On the left is Fisk sitting, tears in her eyes, and the two kits sitting next to her looking worried. On the right is Bitring standing, looking disassociated.

Then, outside, with a green stormy sky and snowy hills dotted with dens reflecting that, is the mate in front looking back worried, while two kits run towards an ashamed Bitring further away, with only one small fish at his paws.

The cartoonish drawing features a round likely small cat sitting at a ¾ angle facing towards the right side of the canvas, their left paw lifted up and reaching out with an awed, open mouth expression. They are mainly gray with pink inner ears, round cheek markings, stripe starting from their mouth all through the belly, and under paws. The pad beans are a shiny paler pink. Their eyes are a blue gray with a yellow sparkling highlight and they have a dark brown nose.
