There are certain elements in the game that are persistent, e.g. fairies and chests. When you release a fairy or open a chest, you will never see them again...
This data is recorded in your saved game, along with much more data such as milestones reached in the game and so on.

Querรญamos desarrollar รกreas con scroll horizontal y vertical, pero las especificaciones del mapper MMC1 y el HUD superior dificultaban todo a nivel tรฉcnico. Aun asรญ, nos las arreglamos para desarrollar un scroll vertical programado a bajo nivel que ha quedado muy resultรณn.
We wanted to develop areas with horizontal & vertical scrolling, but the specifications of the MMC1 mapper and the upper HUD made everything technically difficult. Even so, we managed to develop a low-level programmed vertical scroll that has turned out quite well. We are happy!

In Malasombra, the engine to manage the enemies allows animations with variable framerate, this allows more elastic and organic movements. What do you think?
