Wave CEO Rob came to visit us yesterday for Christmas Jumper Day and our Christmas dinner, and as you can see, he really got into the festive spirit!

A group of our pupils had their passing out parade from their 3 day course with the Phoenix Project. What an incredible achievement, they have been an absolute credit to Restormel.

A fantastic week for our KS3 and 4 students at Skern Lodge, developing team skills, facing their fears, challenging themselves and showing great resilience.
It is feeling very festive at Glynn House this week.
The pupils have been making Christingle oranges and Pomanders as well as decorating Christmas biscuits.

We were delighted to welcome Paralympian, David Hill, to Restormel last week to support the official opening of our new outside space.
David then ran an activity with pupils, βCapture the Flagβ on our new MUGA. There was tactic, healthy competition and skill on fine display for all.

As part of their Duke of Edinburgh award, Year 10 did some volunteering by cleaning up our local waterways. Using a hauling system, teamwork and a lot of effort we pulled out a huge amount of rubbish. These were collected by the council and taken straight to the recycling centre.
π΅ Cedar and Willow classes were treated to a wonderful afternoon of music with our fabulous Visiting Music Teacher, Kip, who led sessions on βstorytelling and compositionβ in each class. Here are Cedar class, composing and playing music based around their βCastlesβ topic! π΅
We enjoyed taking part in activities to raise awareness of Children in Need on Friday.
