Thanks! I've done something similar by combining my cross-stitch with Twitch streaming. So I guess you can say I didn't do such a good job with my goal of less screen time. hehe

And here is where it all began. In 2021, I wanted to get into a hobby that required less screen time, so I decided to pick up cross-stitching again. After 1 year and 5 months, my first project was complete. (and yes, I plan on doing the Dark World map at some point too) #crossstitch

People in my area thought it was just the tablet as an add-on. They didn't even think it was a better Wii. However, our examples perfectly show how they failed to market the console.

Ultimately, I feel it will come down to software this time around. Let's hope they learned from their marketing mishaps from the Wii U and bring their A-Game.

Continuing my project sharing. I made this in 2023, my 1st attempt at making a custom cross-stitch pattern. I wanted to recreate a battle from Pokemon Diamond on the Nintendo DSi XL and make it as pixel-perfect as possible. My favorite part is how well the buttons turned out.

Nice! Recognized these right away. I enjoyed TMNT Tournament Fighter back in the day.

I thought I'd share some past projects I've worked on. This blast from the past cross-stitch of the California Raisins was done in mid-2024. It comes from a collection of patterns that were released back in 1989. I remade this in memory of my grandmother who loved these little guys. #crossstitch
