Why is it that instead of proving identity with ID and a photo/video services chose to use systems that don't work?

Gender dysphoria, yes is a mental health condition. The only issue is medicine and therapy won't fully resolve issues for some people. Could argue maybe public services doesn't need to for most people and money could be used better elsewhere but some will likely still need reassignment surgery.

If hair loss is caused by an autoimmune condition then yes I would agree with you but if your naturally balding and get hair treatment, or getting hormones because your going through menopause then your receiving gender affirming care, you just don't hear the term used for them usually.

They may nolonger be in physical pain but there is a mental aspect that needs treatment and sometimes that mental aspect is natural e.g. gender dysphoria or can develop during childhood e.g. EUPD, DID

Suggesting people only deserve healthcare as a result of physical pain does a disservice for all people, e.g. sexual and or emotional abuse survivors who need therapy as a result of what they experience.

I'd suggest going to a bridge, jumping over the railing and looking down at the road below because that's the situation a lot of trans people find themselves in as a result...

Not all pain is physical and cis people don't need equivalent services but generally do get gender affirming care easier e.g. finasteride to prevent balding..

To put it simply, many transgender people get dysphoria, extreme discomfort with their bodies. I believe no person should be uncomfortable whether that's needing hip surgery or any other kind of treatment. That being said plenty of trans women are a okay with their genitals and may still prefer them
