Blender is an incredible software, one can do almost anything with it + plug-ins. However as a direct consequence it is also incredibly complex, doing pretty much anything requires watching some kind of tutorial and following instructions to a tee, any improvisations likely result in a chaos.

Soundtracks from movies, games and TV series. Instrumental ones only, can't have vocals and not even chorus sounds. Human voice is distracting, but purely instrumental music helps in concentrating (and sometimes helps blocking environment noises out as an added bonus).

You probably mean city design in general, but this is a nice plug-in for Blender for procedural city generation. blender-addons.org/the-city-gen...
The image shows a series of UI buttons separated into columns per category such as SFX, UI, CHARACTER, GAME, STATE, and MUSIC, with sound cue names listed in each column and two volume sliders for music and effects.
The #audio working with us team needed a soundboard to test if the events they create in #FMOD are working in #Unreal.
They said you'd be surprised how hard it is to get support like this even from companies with a lot of resources.
It only took us two hours of #indiedev time to build this.
