This screenshot was edited from an actual in-game screenshot hosted on Fighters Generation, and I painstakingly edited in the lifebars from said screenshot; the font for Joe's name was a frankenstein of other screenshots and some editing.

Head shot I drew for the life bar; was originally going to do something akin to a Kinu Nishimura-styled CAPCOM art, but I gave up and opted to do a quality head shot instead. The marks are because I didn't have my drawing glove on, so it kept on smearing every time I did a stroke. Opted to leave it in there, consider it a mark of actual work being done; no automation here lmaooo.
