Dang. Did her dad do this job when he was Dragon Lord? That... might have been a bit daunting.
If that's Chiquita, I wonder what Grandota looks like.
And then they fucked.
We do not tolerate anyone disrepecting Toriel's tang here!
For a second I thought this read "War-ravaged Poland."
That lock does, tho.
Disney movie? Nah, this is the classic Aesop fable! Fox is sweettalking the crow into dropping a cheese.
I was wondering about that.... until I realized that blank spaces would be the same color as blocks, and impossible to recognize.
They may be disfunctional as heck, but I love them together.

I like to think that Spike totally knew, but played dumb just to keep the fun going.

I love them!
I would absolutely watch a game stream channel of Surge sucking at every game.
Absolutely love your take on Barb.

Ah. Oh well. Still loving the art. I'm really digging the older lady's design. She has the looks of someone who would have been a sour, unpleasant person in a more cliche strip, but I love that she's played so kind and helpful here, and somehow that makes the design endearing.
I was wondering why a late 70s comic had such an old-timey design, so I looked up the artist. Whoa! He was the guy who did Wash Tubbs! I remember reading a compilation reprint of his strips and being floored by the intense action and unflinching grim and gritty tone.
You can just feel the joy bursting out of her.
