NEW: Far-right agitator Jayden Scott was detained by federal agents at the Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis on Jan. 15 after instigating violence. He was released a short a time later. It's unclear if he was charged with anything. Scott and others attempted to provoke the anti-ICE protesters.
