It's tough to have faith in anything when scumfucks like Trump, Netanyahu, and Putin will probably never answer for their war crimes. I just have to hang onto the fact that good people still outnumber the evil, and hope that the future reflects this someday.
Here's my review for High On Life 2. The skateboard is great; the humour is still hit-and-miss, but a step up overall; and most of the missions are super creative. It's just the combat that's still merely fine.

Today I had to say goodbye to my baby Ella. She's been my best friend for almost 16 years. There wasn't a day that went by where she didn't make me smile, laugh, or help me feel better when times were tough. I already miss her so fucking much, but at least I know she had the best life possible.

2025 can mostly get fucked, though. If something bad wasn't happening to me personally, something even more horrendous was happening elsewhere in the world. I'm glad it's almost over, and hopefully 2026 will be a lot better.
Even this is still somewhat bittersweet because my dad and uncle would've loved him, but I'm excited to see him grow and will do my best to be the best uncle I can be.
Exactly two months later, my 20-year-old cat died. About a month after that, my uncle suddenly died in his 50s. Two of the kindest, most important people in my life, both gone within a few months. The only silver lining is my sister gave birth to a healthy (and hilarious) baby boy in November.
Sorry to be a Debbie Downer, but 2024 was the worst year of my life. Then 2025 happened. My dad was diagnosed with brain cancer (glioblastoma) in 2024 and given a year to live. He died in January this year at the age of 64, nine months after the terminal diagnosis.
RIP. Such tragic shit. This year continues to be the worst.

Here's my review for Terminator 2D: No Fate. It might be a short game, but it also recreates one of the greatest movies ever made with excellent 16-bit visuals and music, while also paying loving homage to the games of that era.
