A new investigation today from @ndblumberg.bsky.social focuses on Roseland Hospital.
On Oct. 3, a man was taken to the ER after reporting he was a danger to himself and his wife.
Because he was experiencing thoughts of suicide, regulators say he should've been monitored at all times. He wasn't.
State regulators cited Roseland Community Hospital with an βimmediate jeopardyβ warning after a suicidal patient left the ER without supervision. His case is part of a troubling pattern tied to deaths and neglect. Investigation by @ndblumberg.bsky.social.
