This time there was an added hazard with yours truly straying *perilously* close to the edge of the stage!
A watercolour drawing of the well-known central London church St-Martin-in-the-Fields, triumphantly designed by Scottish architect James Gibbs. He didn't design the six red telephone boxes though - that was Sir Giles Gilbert Scott who was also responsible for Battersea Power Station.
Time for another one of my old London paintings. I completed this one on a crowded street and the main focus is St Martin-in-the-Fields but I also enjoyed dashing in the passing people with a few pen strokes. This went into an exhibition and sold immediately.
