The real problem is buried at the bottom of the article. Amazon cut IT staff and is starting to be impacted by it. A tech company should know better.

Happy Mar10 Day!!!
Noodle is my favorite member of Gorillaz.
It must suck for Denver having the most unlikeable team in the NBA and still not being able to win.
For those tired of me talking about movies from the 1950s, I have good news for you, Iβve reached 1960.
I think Floating Weeds (1959) is my new favorite of the Ozu films Iβve seen.
I was indifferent to the planned turnpike in the SE metro area until it was announced to be named after Toby Keith. Now I hope it dies, just like he did.
Itβs called being a consultant.
This went so well for Churchillβ¦
I have now read the full article. This is why you donβt let professors of politics at catholic universities have opinion pieces in the @nytimes.com. They donβt become professors of politics at catholic universities without holding stupid worldviews that donβt actually apply to anything practical.
He'd be much more concerned about the 'Jewry' and why the British monarchy isn't more powerful.
As someone who is currently reading Reflections on the Revolution in France, I can definitively say you don't need to care what Edmond Burke would think. He was a crank.
There was this funny trend in mid-20th-century art house cinema to put your credits over a static image of a piece of paper or a cloth. Not sure who started it or why, but I've begun to notice it more and more. Ozu did it. So did Satyajit Ray. I've seen it from some European directors as well.
I just realized the next film on my watchlist is an Ozu, and now I'm stoked. He's never done me wrong yet.
Really looking forward to the rest of the country hating Markwayne Mullin as much as I do. I'm going to stick a bottle in the back of my fridge for the inevitable resignation in disgrace.
This is a religion I could get behind.
I honestly don't care what he would be charged with or sued for. If they showed this deposition in a trial, I'd make sure this guy got fucked so hard in every single way possible as a juror.

Leeeeeeeroy Jenkins
I call this Leroy Jenkins economic policy.
That's it. I've made a decision. When I finish reading Reflections on the Revolution in France by Burke, which I'm low-key hating, I'm going to reward myself with a reread of Moby Dick before moving on to Democracy in America.
I had completely forgotten this. I need to read Moby Dick again. Such a great book.
Perfect example. This is definitely a horror movie. It's also several other genres.
Is Rosemary's Baby a horror movie?
Is Hereditary a horror movie?
Is Daughters of Darkness a horror movie?
Is Lighthouse a horror movie?
Yes...gatekeeping genres to keep out 'good' or 'artistic' movies is just stupid.
Chef's kiss
Just that he really hates progressives.
This is the sort of thing a cashless society robs us of, the opportunity to try to get away with paying the bus fare in Carthaginian currency www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...
No, it just juxtaposes progressive reformers with Babylonian soldiers decapitating people, because they were both equally 'intolerant'.
Iβm not coming to this take out of the blue. Here is my 1/2 star review from two years ago.
You know you're in the weeds and off the path when you run across a thread where you see someone defending DW Griffith's Intolerance in the comments. That film is shit. #filmsky
