I remember vividly back in 2017 having a conversation with a conservative acquaintance on public transportation about Tesla. He was adamant that Tesla was a terrible company and the only reason it was surviving was due to government kickbacks. The world works in mysterious ways.

I think I have a great idea. Major online news media should paywall all the clickbait journalism, but make all the useful journalism free. My thought here is their subscription numbers will continue at the same clip. At the same time they will provide free useful information to the world.
