Just finished watching I’m Tim on @netflix.com , what a great documentary movie it was and I feel bad for Tim feeling the way he did at the end after such great success.
It’s true not to constantly work hard and remember to have time off to rest.

I’m back on iOS again so I’ve just been adding my blood glucose levels onto my apple health app to keep track.
When I was diagnosed my glucose level was 30.4 mmol/L

I’ve lost weight recently due to being diagnosed with diabetes. Cutting out as much sugar as possible and alcohol also helped. Worth a try if you haven’t already.
