It's Friday! The week has consisted of a lovely mix of remote and in person work, including a great planning session with our divisional team. Love seeing how we keep making links between our different services. Lots of talk of co-location, pathway alignment, and maximising digital opportunities.

Too hard to come up with a profound first post, so instead here are a few facts about me:
• I've worked in healthcare all my career
• I am very interested in workplace cultures and productive leadership
• I'd like to write a book one day
• I keep bees and chickens, and
• I have 2 Blue Peter badges!

Hyundai Tuscon also was good but we can't get a tow hook on it though the lease scheme, and we're middle aged caravanners these days....!

I'm exploring plug in hybrid SUVs at the moment. Likely going to use the salary sacrifice scheme through work. We have toyed up between volvo XC50, 60 and 90, VW Passat and Tiguan, and Skoda Kodiaq. Think we are settling with the skoda, mostly on a VFM and good mileage on battery alone.
