It's not even about viability either. I'm certain something well curated is a more viable product than slop. Slop is bringing the entire creative industry down and people seem to never want to call it out.
What's even the point of another venue run by someone who's exclusively into jam bands? Tulum tech house? Pop punk? These people take up so much space, I'm so fed up with it. It takes discerning taste to create something worthwhile.
The music industry is filled with stiff people who view all music as interchangeable, with no discernment of quality, who platform and create opportunities for people based on reasons that have no relation to merit.
