His capacity for comprehending scientific reports is right up there with his boss’s ability to understand altered photos. The report says too much fluoride is bad. Too much salt is also bad, but it also contains necessary nutrients. The water supplies in most places don’t contain too much fluoride.

Did he say which teenager and which 68 year old man he was talking about?

I’m his age. As a kid I didn’t know about a lot of these things either but as I matured and read about things, I learned that there were many things I hadn’t known about and the just like that, over time I knew about them. Weird, huh. Doctors can’t explain it.

To be fair, he was stoned out of his gourd most of the time.

Hegseth needs to be fired.

The intel he shared via Signal, including to his wife, was sent to him on a secure channel.

He knowingly exposed our pilots to unnecessary danger with his show boat antics.

Exactly. He’s blaming the people calling out his behavior rather than accepting any responsibility. The people who drive me to drink are the same bad people saying I have a drinking problem.

They are just like the people who make him drink and then turn around and criticize him for it.

You’d think he would have learned this at a meeting

Maybe she learned from observing Matt Gaetz that one should not use venmo to pay for escorts or drugs.

Someone should ask Mike Collins when and why he stopped defending the constitution.

So on the one hand we’re told that one cannot charge, prosecute, or investigate a sitting president because he’s too busy with top priority matters, yet he can go to court as much as he chooses on civil suits against businesses that he has the power to seriously fuck with.

Even Jeopardy stars?

They certainly are. And the net result is that people are being sent to prison without due process here or there. So much for the bill of rights.

ICE Can’t Bring Back Man Deported to El Salvador Prison in Error, Agency Says The Trump administration said the court didn’t have the authority to order the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

Our government says otherwise.

“The Trump administration responded Monday, saying the court didn’t have the authority to carry out the order because he is no longer in U.S. custody.”

They are not just being deported, they are being sent to prison in a country where we have no jurisdiction to correct mistakes.

They probably watched West Side Story and heard that by holding a hand, you can be halfway there, which in that musical was specified only as “somewhere”. I’d want more details too.

Did you need more than power to the soundbar? Looks great.

It sounds like something he would write when gently asking the tenants to make sure the recycle and trash area is kept tidy.

I’m doing the same. I need to experiment with the features more, but I have been lazy lately.

That didn’t work. I guess it is only useful if you have the list of participants known at the time of the original post. But you could still have a public conversation by leaving the reply setting as “everyone”

All of the forms of ID that the executive order calls for, except the military ID, require a fee, and in some rural areas, the location that issues the ID can be hours away.

@duaneday.bsky.social I set this up with the interaction setting of only named people can reply. Is this what you’re trying to achieve?

Curious to know, how much does it cost to obtain this card and how far does one have to travel to apply for it?

@WSJ would not check with me as to whether I had any personal devices with me on either of my trips to Moscow. If they had, they would have known the truth. Which is, I only had with me a secure phone provided by the government for special circumstances when you travel to regions where you do not want your devices compromised. That is why CBS News reported that Goldberg himself said that he "has not recounted Witkoff making any comments in that group chat until Saturday, after he left Tussia and returned to the U.S." Guess why? Because I had no access to my personal devices until I returned from my trip. That is the responsible way for me to make these trips and that is how I always conduct myself. Maybe it is time for media outlets like the Journal to acknowledge when some of their people make serious reporting mistakes like this. I would appreciate it if the WSJ and other media outlets check with me the next time they make serious allegations. Thank vou.

Did Steve Witkoff just admit that he uses a personal phone for national security conversations with Cabinet-level officials?
