I think I like (car) camping* just get out of the city into the trees. *except the sleep in a tent on the ground part. Also the cold. Don’t like that either. My 70’s north face bag is amazing but the new marmot is cold. Ahh but to sit in the trees is amazing

We’ve also never started with an older dog. Ours were puppies when we got them. They were challenging enough alone. They were very strong minded. If you weren’t stronger they’d run all over you.

Yes. They were together. They’re 1 yr old, owner surrender due to landlord. Doesn’t say they’re bonded & they’re available separate but preferred together. We like the idea of a pair so they’ll have a company. I work from home but another dog is more fun than mom at her desk

Good to know. These would be 1st rescues. On the rescue’s page they show many of the pups had their names changed. We’ve had GSD since puppyhood for last 20 years.
