Wait - the corner of Olympic and Cloverfield, Santa Monica? Ladies and Gentlemen, that is almost exactly the location where the old Buffy offices stood. I believe we may owe thanks for this one to the Hellmouth.

Same.
Here’s a tribute I did to a handful of some of the greatest anime, tokusatsu and Kaiju films, television series and manga comics of all time! Over 70 characters, creatures and vehicles are featured spanning over 70’s years of groundbreaking Japanese genre entertainment.

👍🏻 what I’ve come to think of as Variety Pack television. Each season could have a whole bunch of different tones, Spotlights, character-focused episodes, moral dilemmas—you really just got a Whitman sampler type of thing. now it’s just, here’s everything mashed into 8 or 10, whether or not it works
It’s frustrating when you can’t use a name you want to use, and it’s somehow even more frustrating when you can’t use a name you don’t give a damn about. Then you submit alts that keep getting shot down, then you just say “Give me any name that clears.”
And I’d introduce Power Girl, which I always wanted to do on SUPERGIRL.
Absolutely!
once again i can only imagine that if his parents thomaswayne and marthawayne were still alive they’d be very disappointed in him
I talked with Final Draft about going from writing insane theater to writing insane films, and the advice for screenwriters I keep shouting from the rooftops — DO NOT FOLLOW THE MARKETPLACE, FOLLOW YOUR HEART! www.finaldraft.com/blog/write-t...

The cover to The Art & Making of Highlander featuring artwork of Christopher Lambert as MacLeod
There can be only… two?!
I’ve written a new official book on Highlander for the 40th anniversary - plenty I couldn’t get for the first book inc new interviews, unseen photos, deleted scene coverage… even lifelong fans haven’t heard a lot of this.
Published by Titan Books on 1st September!
I watched this recently for the first time and was struck that about 80% of this movie takes place in broad daylight.
Jealous of all my friends headed to my adopted hometown of Seattle for ECCC this weekend.
Jesus, Democrats. Yesterday Tom Tillis — a Republican — showed righteous fury in his questioning of Kristi Noem. Today I just watched Jerry Nadler awkwardly read a written question to her that was supposed to SOUND damning, but the monotone reading of the prepared remarks made it limp.
The most disgusting combination of self-enrichment and failed management in the history of the entertainment business. deadline.com/2026/03/davi...
THERAPIST: and this one?
ME: that looks like you kissing my mum.
THERAPIST: what about this one?
ME: also kissing my mum. and groping her a little. why are you showing me these?
THERAPIST: I thought you'd be happy for us.
We've renamed the DOD the Department of War. Our troops are Warfighters. No of course we're not "at war" you dumb lib
And BOOM goes the dynamite. To all the AI Bros who have slid into my mentions to tell me that you CAN in fact copyright AI materials, the Supreme Court has told you to go suck rocks. A prompt is not authorship. And if there is no author, there is no valid copyright.

Trump’s body constantly throwing up puzzles like a C story on The Pitt.
Adrian Zmed showing off his six pack while talking to Heather Locklear, who’s lounging by the pool in a bikini.
Here are two cops having a serious conversation about how traumatic it was to find a murdered teenage girl in the trunk of a car. But because it’s TJ HOOKER, the cops are poolside in a speedo and a bikini.
It’s an acquired taste.

The truth is, if you go back and rewatch that two-hour pilot of Legends, I think you'll see that the seventies bar fight to “Love Will Keep Us Together” was a moment when you saw in the very first two hours, what the show would ultimately become. I think if we had a normal pause-and-reflect period between the pilot and the next episode, we would've said, “Oh, that's where the show lives! Let's tack towards that.” In fact, I do remember sitting in the editing room with Greg, watching the rough cut of the two-hour pilot, and afterwards I turned to him. I was like, “We've been talking about the show all wrong. We've been talking about this show as our version of The Avengers, but the truth is it's our version of Guardians of the Galaxy.” The problem is by that point, the ship had very much sailed. We were committed to a certain tone, and we were committed to a certain storyline, and we didn't have the time—or even the ability – to make a major course-correction until the end of the first season. But now, because Legends, had a second life on Netflix, people came to the show without any preconceived notions. That's why they are able to just enjoy season one, purely on its own merits. I don't think it's a bad season of television. I've been involved with bad seasons of television, and I don't think it's a bad season of television by any means. To me, it's just a show that didn't know what it wanted to be yet.
I love this quote from @marcguggenheim.bsky.social, explaining why there's so much more love for the first season of #LegendsOfTomorrow these days than there was during its run.
Ding ding ding!!
Watching BLACK ADAM with my son and it’s such a weird movie. They give the JSA this big intro, where everyone looks cool. And then the movie just treats them all like stooges for Black Adam to knock around.
Khameini was the first guy to get the death penalty because of the Epstein Files.
I mean he's a nutjob in his own right, but Rand Paul is 100 percent correct about Trump's War with Iran. #IranWar
I’ve come to the conclusion that watching my country and the industry in which I work both be slowly choked to death really sucks.
