I mean I've been eating at a calorie deficit for about a year which is what had me go from 220 around this time last year to 194 to cap off 2025 but I think my body has gotten to the point where it's fighting to prevent any more weight loss change
And the funny part about it is I don't feel fat or anything like that. I actually feel really good about myself. I just find it hilarious that my body for right now at least will not let me go below 200
