What I really dislike about my fellow Americans (even those on Bluesky) is the freaking passivity. It takes 5 minutes to call your reps and leave an angry message instead of doing it on Bluesky. Tell your government that they are doing evil things, not us.

Yes. I’m one of them. There are also tons of LGBTQ Christian’s. We just don’t try to convert people which is why you don’t hear about it. My partner is not Christian and I’m cool with that, I don’t want to change her when she already has strong moral sense.
Plus, as a member of a progressive sect, we do exist. It’s a horrible condemnation of the faith that people only know the fundamentalist stripe, but there are progressive churches that embrace inclusivity and social justice
I take graphic design classes and I’ve found the ai prompt box useless. I have used ai stock images by accident, but by the time I’m done manipulating them they’re unrecognizable anyway so it’s effectively the same as if I’d used non-ai stock. So I don’t see that it’s adding value
