i was so tired last night that i wasn't listening to the warnings and readjusting my head, i only took deep breaths to quiet the ring

it usually isnt that bad, theres some nights where it only drops 10 times, its highly dependent on my head position and since i toss and turn so much theres no telling when i will get shit sleep or not.

my brother got me a ring that monitors my oxygen levels throughout the night and yells at me when they drop too low. 40 times. the levels dropped to an unsafe level 40 times last night. i'm starting to remember how the numbness feels when the ring forces me to come to
