The three goats on the bridge should have been a warning to the hapless troopers 😄
All in blue foam. The block was cut from a 50 thick sheet and the sides are 10mm sheet glued in place with white PVA and loaded with books for 24 hours to ensure the sides bonded to the block.

The arches were sketched onto the foam block and carefully rough cut with a jig saw and then sanded smooth with sandpaper wrapped around a plastic tube. I did the sanding outside to ensure plenty of ventilation.
