Getting back into fitness. Got my 10k steps today. Been walking more this year than last year. Off to a good start despite some aches and pains.
Getting back into fitness once again. Got 9,000 steps in at a new hiking trail yesterday. Gotta keep at it no matter how many times I have to restart.

I have a fractured toe that is still healing, but I’m managing to close my rings daily by walking. I’m walking less so far than last year, but that I can walk at all I am grateful.
Went to urgent care today for wheezing in my lungs and a busted left foot. Out of commission for another week.
Update: still sick and congested, but getting better thanks to time and Vick’s VapoSteam.
Sick with a cold. I’ve been closing my rings by walking. Masking for my protection and the protection of those around me.

Apple fitness, 48 minute work out. 10 mins Kickboxing for beginners. 20 min strengthening. 20 min stretching upper and lower body plus meditation.
2025 shall be the year I stop biting my nails!
2025 goal: Fit for 40 in February!
A day at Disneyland got me all the exercise I needed and then some!
Hiked for an hour yesterday. Active recovery today.

Day 34: Chill yoga. Strengthening. Back started hurting and Achilles on both feet.

Day 33: My apps on my devices have not been keeping track. So, just going to work out in Apple Fitness regardless. Stretching is a must. Today was the first day I didn’t wake up with back pain.
Day 29: I am going to have to get back into it. Happy holidays!
Day 27: rest day. Day 28: lots of yoga style stretching because my back hurts
Day 26: my health app tracked 9,000 steps but my Fitness app did not and I’m frustrated.
