The amount of people who didn’t know you could plug a standard Micro USB cable into a SS port is crazy, along with a standard Type-B cable into a SS port.

MiniFreak does in fact use a USB Type-B cable… in fact the only thing I own MIDI wise that uses USB C is my Console 1 MK3 and the Ableton Push 3.

Can we normalize USB C even faster than we are?

I actually hate when I get an em dash when I type two hyphens. I’d be fine with it being 3 dashes, but two dashes are commonly used as flags in cli tools, and sometimes I want the stylistic option of using two standard dashes.

I still do use Google to copy and paste while using Windows or Linux tho

For the 785th year running, my top Google search continues to be "em dash," because that plus Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V is easier than Alt+0151.

One day Microsoft will make Ctrl+Alt+- work outside of Word, but that day is not today.

If I didn’t have Push hardware (which I absolutely LOVE) I would be more inclined to try and maybe even switch to Bitwig.

That Push though, it’s a wonderful tool
