This is largely the same as my issue. If I ever get a chance to upgrade, I'm probably switching to AMD GPUs.

Cachy-specific issue. Every time I log in, the smart TV I use as a monitor gets disconnected until it's power-cycled, and breaks further if I have to log in a second time from sleep. I saw someone else having the issue on a Cachy forum. Sonething to do with hdmi + displayport + nvidia graphics maybe

I use two, and I have to power-cycle one of them every time I restart and log in. Devs are aware of the issue and looking into a fix, last I checked.

CachyOS is very performant, but has a weird issue with dual monitors atm. I've heard good things about Fedora, Bazzite especially if you like SteamOS
