Wow, that's a monster signal for El Niño in today's new ECMWF seasonal forecast.
Central Australia and adjacent areas have been sweating under an unusually humid air mass for weeks now, but the pattern is easing.
Sadly the Harmful Algal Bloom off South Australia may have had a little boost with the recent rain and heat. Satellite images from 5 March. The red areas indicate Chlorophyll A which is what the algae produce, and the second image is the real colour you can see from space

This would be quite the El Niño from June into peak Atlantic hurricane season.
REMINDER: This is simply one model ensemble projection. Far from a guarantee, but helpful to try to identify early signals.

Temperatures already close to 40C in Rajastan north of 30N, 2C/3C above the early March records.
