To paraphrase Thomas Friedman, if it requires seven paragraphs to explain why your slogan (eg. "Zionism is racism") doesn't actually mean what everybody thinks it means, then it is probably not a very good slogan.

As a New Englander (who swore off the NFL after Kaepernick got banished) I need to correct you. The only people OUTSIDE OF NEW ENGLAND who are Pats fans are Feds and cops. eg. My family of teachers are Pats fans. I wish they weren’t, but the world is complicated.

The problem with social media is that you’re only allowed to hold opinions in batches. If you believe X and Y, you must also believe Z, which is atmospherically similar to X and Y and believed by all the same people.

I think that's probably correct on both counts. This was part of the rationale behind the creation of the British Heroes of the Holocaust medal - it has broader criteria and so people are able to be honoured *somewhere* if not at Yad Vashem.
