To paraphrase Thomas Friedman, if it requires seven paragraphs to explain why your slogan (eg. "Zionism is racism") doesn't actually mean what everybody thinks it means, then it is probably not a very good slogan.
Better that than having John Edwards babysit for you.
I can't/won't argue the general point, only to say 1) that back in the day you could barely find any Mexican food at all so I am thankful even for the shitty stuff (availability of ingredients in markets much improved too); 2) Next time you are in London, HMU and I'm taking you to Homies On Donkeys.
And hereβs Charlie McAvoy β not exactly winning a Profile
In Courage award, but pretty good all things considered. www.instagram.com/reel/DT1v79q...
WHO NEEDS TEETH???
Donβt think Iβve ever seen that before.
Those retro jerseys are sweet, but I canβt imagine any occasion after the closing ceremony when Iβd feel comfortable wearing it.
As a fellow Jewish Wolverine, thatβs about as close as Iβll ever come to Olympic glory.
There's that. Also, I was eight years old when this happened and that will never leave me.
Winter Olympics > Summer Olympics. Fight me.
kind of funny there are prob 1,000 major US musicians and every time conservatives need to put up a music artist to counter a mainstream narrative, they put up kid rock. "ok here's kid rock again" for the next 30 years, an octogenarian man in jean shorts rapping something from the 1990s
As a New Englander (who swore off the NFL after Kaepernick got banished) I need to correct you. The only people OUTSIDE OF NEW ENGLAND who are Pats fans are Feds and cops. eg. My family of teachers are Pats fans. I wish they werenβt, but the world is complicated.
We wonβt rid the world of antisemitism through legislation but social media platforms are publishers and need to be treated as such.

I'm sure that the victims of US state violence, racism and kidnappings thank him for his ideological purity.
I'd say anybody who values London as a great city, full stop. What's the point of living in the crossroads of humanity if you're just going to sit at home eating shitty food served out of single-use plastics?
And their French name, Les Schtroumpfs, is Belgium's greatest gift to the world since frites.
This is a very well-written piece, refreshing in its calm articulation of a topic not known for calmness. I suspect we all know a few people who would benefit from reading it.

The problem with social media is that youβre only allowed to hold opinions in batches. If you believe X and Y, you must also believe Z, which is atmospherically similar to X and Y and believed by all the same people.
If you donβt do this, everyone hates you. It makes actual thinking impossible.
Thank you, Boss.
Lest we forget that Trump also once managed to mark Holocaust Memorial Day without mentioning the Jews, in 2017.
JD Vance @JDVance X.com Today we remember the millions of lives lost during the Holocaust, the millions of stories of individual bravery and heroism, and one of the enduring lessons of one of the darkest chapters in human history: that while humans create beautiful things and are full of compassion, we're also capable of unspeakable brutality. And we promise never again to go down the darkest path.
Legitimately a feat of carefully calculated writing to issue a Holocaust Remembrance Day statement of this length without mentioning either (1) the people who perpetrated the Holocaust or (2) the people against whom they perpetrated it
Quick, you tell Squarespace. Iβll tell BetterHelp.
I always feel self-conscious when I order a white Americano.
I think that's probably correct on both counts. This was part of the rationale behind the creation of the British Heroes of the Holocaust medal - it has broader criteria and so people are able to be honoured *somewhere* if not at Yad Vashem.
Markwayne is nominative determinism for a serial killer.
Can confirm. It happened to me precisely once. An important life lesson, though.
I'm good thanks. I think I probably won't move to the country where the authorities pump out neo-Nazi memes and masked militias roam the streets.
I mean, if you want to move to America because the bagels are way better and baseball is on TV at a reasonable hour, go for it. But if you actually think you are going to be safer -- as a Jew, or as a human being -- GMAFB.
I realise I'm just a freak, but living in a multicultural city is the best thing of all time, it's just the best possible human experience and i can not understand why anyone on earth would be like "weve got to destroy this"
