A very pretty chocolate brown Indian Runner duck. Her name was Ally and she was a very good girl.

Sad news from the Little Farm.
One of my beautiful ducks had to be put to sleep after suffering an injury to her bill that there was no way of recovering from.
She was a gorgeous friendly girl & I shall miss her.
Ally, you were very much loved my darling duck. Rest well.

Oh Alice. Picked up as a stray in Arkansas and unclaimed. She was scheduled to be euthanized but caught a break and is coming to the Twin Cities. She needs a foster home and some love.

Broad Breasted White Turkey, Marshmallow. A good boy who will be missed.

So, another personal thing. We lost one of our turkey's, Marshmallow last week. I've been mourning him, he was such a sweet boy. He was never going to live long, he couldn't move around well. But after he was attacked, he just couldn't recover. I wish I had been a better caretaker.

4 Months ago Stormzy couldn't walk with a brain injury. He'd been told he had to be put to sleep.

Today I got to go and visit him in his new home.
