Yep, I’ve been watching the weather. Horrendous in too many places. Grim.

1999 - Birgit & I were on the way from Guatemala into Mexico.
How would our travels change? Would North America break the budget? Would it be too easy?
As always, each country so far had it's up sides & its challenges. Mexico had plenty of travel treats in store.

Mucky ride in the back lanes around here. 2 hours worth. 👍👍 Lots of muddy field entrances and water-filled potholes. Plenty of loose gravel too. Thankfully there was still a fair bit of standing water on the roads so I didn’t have to work to hard to wash the muck off 😊

Had loads for fun presenting at the Dorchester and West Dorset AM on Wed night. In spite of day and evening of very heavy rain, 90 people still turned out for it. Brilliant bunch of people.

One of the things about India, is that riding in the dawn is a magical thing to do. Yes, in many places the traffic is far lighter, but it's the colours & the scents of the day waking up that make this time of day so special. 😊
