A3: We can start by honestly exploring examples of when school & learning are exciting. & I think also by supporting ourselves to be excited by the learning we're offering students. When we believe in & are excited by the classrooms we're building, it often supports student excitement! #buildHOPEedu
It can also help us all see interconnection and relevance #buildHOPEedu
A2: One idea is drawing thematic connections between the two. Issues of fairness, effort, not giving up when you're down, teamwork and collaboration, support... all of these are major themes in ELA and social studies, and can be connected into math and science #buildHOPEedu
A1: The first thoughts that come to my mind are sportsmanship, understanding both winning and losing in experiential ways, fairness and integrity, teamwork, strength, agility, resilience and effort #buildHOPEedu
