Jeff, from Northern Ireland, had a heart transplant at Royal Papworth Hospital in 1986 and has now celebrated his 38th anniversary of this lifesaving operation.

That's 38 years of extra life, all because one person made the altruistic decision to donate their organs when they died. 💙
