I'm going to put my phone aside for an hour or so. Lately, I've been trying to do that more. It does help make me engage fully in whatever activity I have chosen.
Hmm. Puzzles or reading? Might do some puzzles for a bit. Helps distract me from the shit interaction.
Anyway, further shit re lack of support from CMHT has prompted me to contact the therapist I had previously approached re private help. I've been putting it off - feel like if I can't improve things w help how long can someone continue w no hope of change. Possibility = hope
Hopefully that will settle a little with me having leave to chill.
Thanks. Didn't get a keyworker til 11 weeks after discharge from a s3. Spoken to her twice (last at end of Dec). Supposed to be under OT. She didn't turn up a no. of weeks ago b/c ill. Not heard anything since. GP has written to them twice now b/c things are hard. Experiencing early warning stuff

Duty worker from CMHT called to let me know my quetiapine script has been sorted. Asked me if everything was ok. I said, not really and hasn't been for a long time but no one cares (the GP even wrote to them a few weeks ago). She had no response. Yay, I feel supported.
