A Chilean Seaside Cinclodes is standing on a rock facing slightly forward. Behind is a frothing sea and there's a small sprig of seaweed on the rock.

A rare passerine entry for #SuperSeabirdSunday, a Chilean Seaside Cinclodes exploring its favoured habitat in Algarrobo in January.

Acutely bad photos of a couple of rarer South Atlantic seabirds that were seen north of the Falklands in January. First, an immature Sooty Albatross and second a distinctively plain Grey Petrel.

Skuas don't look their best on their South Atlantic wintering grounds. Long-tailed Skua was the commonest species, like this one off the Argentinian coast in January.

A small brownish bird with a shire patch on its rear dips its toes in gentle blue waves. Storm petrels run along the water to take off. It’s oddly peaceful and balletic.

My choice for #SuperSeabirdSunday is this adorable #StormPetrel dancing its way across the water. What a very cool bird! #birds #WildlifePhotography #EastCoastKin

Field sketches of two White-billed Divers recently at Inverkeithing, Fife for #SuperSeabirdSunday with a bit of color added later. An absolute privilege to sit and sketch these! A British tick and what absolute stonkers! Cheers 🍻

I picked this white-winged scoter as my choice for #SuperSeabirdSunday because I just saw it by the lighthouse at Tiscornia Park and have never gotten to see one this close before. It was hanging out with a flock of long-tailed ducks and assorted other waterfowl friends.

And a little d.y.k.: White-billed Diver is the largest North Atlantic seabird, weiging over a kg more than Great Auk did . . . and yet it can fly πŸ‘

White-bellied Storm-petrel- seen occasionally in the air above Phillip Is Norfolk but its breeding location remains unknown-Friday nights recovery within a petrel colony was a first. Known breeding 900 km Sth or 1400 km Est. What an exquisite fellow! #SuperSeabirdSunday
