Git becomes so much more *fun* once you get comfortable rewriting history (rebasing, amending commits). My favourite workflow is debugging a feature I just added then committing with `--amend --no-edit`

I will also say along a similar vein that Pixi is also revoluntionary - if you're working with Conda deps (i.e., non-python dependencies) or are wanting a task runner on top its really good. If you're working in a pure Python project - reach for UV - but otherwise Pixi is worth knowing about :)))

I was annoyed that the Pangeo Calendar was permanently in Los Angeles time, but now (after making a quick PR) its in whatever timezone the user is in! I love open source 🚀🤩
