R: Resident Evil 4
I saw this game go on sale on the Switch a few years ago and when I got it I instantly fell in love with it with over the top combat and story. This was the game that made a new fan of the Resident Evil series.
Games in my backlog that I really want to play:
I didn’t think it was too bad to control but then again I was playing the newest port of the game with rewind functionality so it made things easier.
34) Goof Troop
This one definitely felt unique from all the other Disney games I’ve played. The game itself was really fun with its exploration style gameplay aside from a few tricky puzzles. The game also has a great soundtrack to it as well.

33) Bonkers
Even though I’m not too familiar with the show this game’s based on, I still thought this was really good. I especially liked the very vibrant levels and the surprisingly catchy soundtrack.

32) WWE All Stars
This was a game I got from a friend from work last week. Now that I’m starting to get into WWE I ended up really enjoying this game. This was one has a great roster of characters and they let you pull off some insane finishing moves.

I’ve been clearing games off my backlog this too but I’m definitely very excited for when Pokopia comes out.
I just started getting into Neon Genesis Evangelion and then I found out that all the games they made for it were never released for North America. 😔

31) Resident Evil Requiem
I’ve been looking forward to this game and it did not disappoint. I loved both the challenging and very scary survival horror gameplay as Grace and the action packed combat as Leon. This was another great game in the series.

30) Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights
I’ve been seeing online that this is supposed to be one of the best Scooby Doo games out there and it turned out to be true. This game definitely captures the feel of the show and it’s MetroidVania gameplay is really solid

Yes that’s right, that series was made by Telltale as well so you do go through the standard point and click gameplay you’d see in their games at the time. I think if I recall correctly, the Strong Bad series is now available on Steam if you want to try it for yourself.

29) Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones
I really enjoyed this last entry of the trilogy. I think this game does a great job combining the best elements of the last two games and some really cool new mechanics like playing as the dark prince which was awesome.

28) Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
This was a really great horror game and I can definitely see why many people love this one. The fact that the game takes place in multiple points in history made for a great story and trippy insanity effects were cool.
